Our Condominium Management team, Duka Property Management Inc., maintain the common elements and building operations including on-site cleaning, Concierge/Security, trades, suppliers, and concerns of the residents. The Condominium Management is accountable to and takes direction from the Condominium Corporation’s Board of Directors.
The Board Advisory Committee (BAC) contributes to continuously improving property standards by providing recommendations and guidance to the Board of Directors (BOD) on building improvements, communications, and social activities to provide a best in class experience. The BAC acts as the bridge between the 4 other pillars ensuring 100% accountability.
Our Concierge and Security team is provided by Elite Residential Concierge, and operate on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are customer service focused, experienced and knowledgeable. The team oversees emergency and security procedures, moving and deliveries, amenity bookings and visitor registration. And so much more!
Our Cleaning team make our tower look it’s best every day. The team is on-site 7 days a week with multiple shifts Monday through Friday.
