At 60 Absolute, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of all our residents. That’s why we have proudly established a smoke-free environment within our building. Enjoy a healthier and fresher living experience, where clean air and a tranquil atmosphere create a truly exceptional home for all residences.

With any community comes a need for Rules, Standard Operating Procedures and Regulations.

Adhering to these Rules allows everyone to live and enjoy their surroundings and neighbours. We are a Pet Friendly building, which is a great benefit for pet lovers; With pets also comes a great deal of responsibility and we have Rules to help guide pet owners in fulfilling that responsibility.

You can be a cat person, dog person, bird lover or have a passion for fish, but you are only allowed 2 of these pets at once, cats or dogs not weighing more than 40lbs each, one small caged bird or one aquarium with goldfish or tropical fish is noted as a permitted pet. No livestock, fowl, reptile rodent or animal of any kind except for up to two permitted pets shall be allowed or kept in any unit, common element or balcony exclusive use area.

All permitted pets must be kept or held in hand by means of a short leash, lead, chain or pet carrier. Pets are only permitted in the interior common elements for the purpose of ingress or egress from a dwelling unit and are shall not be left unsupervised on any balconies. An infraction to the rules would include allowing your pet to relieve themselves on any common element, including your exclusive use common element balcony. There are additional rules regarding pet noise and the safety of your neighbours, if your dog has a tendency to bark, you may reconsider moving into a shared community space such as a Condominium. Dogs must be registered with Property Management and dog owners are encouraged to obtain a dog license from the City of Mississauga. 

To protect our owner’s investments and ensure security for our residents, Short Term Rentals (including, but not limited to AirBNB, VRBO,, etc.) are banned on corporation property. Owners and residents involved in Short Term Rentals may be subject to legal action and all costs of said legal action will be passed to the owner of the suite in question as a lien-able chargeback.
